Advance Payment
A 50% advance payment is required before starting any project.
Refund Eligibility

If the project has not yet started, the client is eligible for a full refund.

Once work has started, only a partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work completed.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided if:

Project milestones have been completed

Final delivery has been approved

Delays occur due to lack of client communication or missing materials
Cancellation Policy
Clients may request cancellation before work begins for a full refund. After project initiation, refund decisions will be evaluated fairly based on completed work.
