Refund Policy

At Growth Nexus, we aim to provide professional and transparent services.

Advance Payment

A 50% advance payment is required before starting any project.

Refund Eligibility

  • If the project has not yet started, the client is eligible for a full refund.

  • Once work has started, only a partial refund may be issued depending on the amount of work completed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Project milestones have been completed

  • Final delivery has been approved

  • Delays occur due to lack of client communication or missing materials

Cancellation Policy

Clients may request cancellation before work begins for a full refund. After project initiation, refund decisions will be evaluated fairly based on completed work.

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
